"Jamie's help in finding me a home was above and beyond; whenever I changed my mind she was there to help weekdays, holidays and weekends. I always felt Jamie was working for me; she listenend to my needs and what I was looking for, which changed as she educated me on home buying and what to look for.

Jamie was able to steer me in the right direction to obtain the best in loans, lawyers, all my needs were looked after. I had other arrangements prior but her suggestions worked out best for me.

I bought a "short sale" and heard how difficult the process could be. Jamie literally walked the paperwork through, pounding on doors until she was satisfied, and being able to close to take advantage of the home buyer credit. I had a commitment from the sellers bank(s) within 3 weeks, totally unheard of in a short sale.

A potential buyer could not ask for anything more in a realtor and house buying friend."
